Standard Format

Registration from 10:30-11:00, games start promptly at 11:00

Registration

Registration is through the CNE website, you will need to purchase a pass to the CNE for the day and the tournament add-on ($40 total, $30 for the CNE pass and $10 for the event).
This event is capped at 64 players.

Event Details

The Tournament will be a best-of-3 format with sideboarding allowed between games.
There will be a series of Swiss rounds based on the number of players to identify the top 8, and then shift to elimination games.
Players are expected to bring their decklist, or arrive with enough time to fill it out before the first game begins at 11:00.

  • 5:00-6:00 Semifinals
  • 6:00 Finals begin

  • All event participants will receive 1 free pack of cards included in their ticket.

Player Responsibilities
  • Behaving in a respectful manner toward tournament officials, other tournament participants, and spectators and refraining from unsporting conduct at all times.
  • Maintaining a clear and legal game state.
  • Complying with announced start times and time limits.
  • Calling attention to any rules or policy infraction they notice in their matches.
  • Bringing to a judge’s attention any discrepancies in their tournament match record.
  • Accurately reporting the results of their matches in a timely manner.
  • Refraining from enrolling in tournaments in which they are not allowed by policy to participate.
  • Being physically present for the tournament.
  • Bringing the physical items required to participate including a physical, visible, and reliable method to maintain and record game information (tokens, score counters, pen and paper, and so on).
  • Bringing your deck with an accurate decklist (form for decklist pdf available above)
